Our product data

The lists we sell contain company-level information about employee benefit plans taken from public Form 5500 datasets of the U.S. Department of Labor (plan sponsor, EIN, plan name and number, location, industry, participant counts, financial figures, filing dates). We do not include names of individuals, signers or preparers, and we do not include phone numbers.

Contacting audit firms

We contact accounting firms and their partners at business e-mail addresses published on the firm's own website to offer our service (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: business-to-business marketing of a service relevant to the firm's professional activity). Source of the firm information: public Form 5500 filings (Schedule H, name of the audit firm) and the firm's own website. Data processed: firm name, name and job title of the partner, business e-mail address, the web page where it is published, state, number of plan audits. We do not use private e-mail addresses or data brokers. You can object at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or using the link in our e-mail; we then stop all further messages immediately and keep only a suppression entry so that we do not contact you again. Data is stored for as long as needed for the outreach, at most 24 months.

Customers

For subscriptions we process the business contact and billing details you give us (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and retain accounting records as required by Austrian law (7 years). Payments are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record.
